I’ve been feeling a bit “blaaah” lately. Like just run down and tired and what not. Anyway, I thought I’d make a list of some of the things I like, just to remind myself that things arnt that bad.
Things I like;
* markness
* huggling with markness
* sharing jokes with my friends at work
* doing something well at work
* naps when im tired
* dancing to loud music in my room after a shower. hehe
* shopping
* going out with my friends
* going out with markness
* sleeping in
* my days off
* finding a nice pair of shoes
* reading a good book
* baking a cake
*being excited over my first holiday, yay
im sure i like alot more things lol. ill add more whenever

Oh my goodness, what a week at work! First off I got deployed to another ward for one day this week because they were short staffed, but becuase I was the newbie ofcourse they gave me the most demanding and difficult patients! They shouldnt really deploy new grads either! When I told the other ward that I was a new grad you should have seen the looks they gave each other! I did a damn good job though!
This week on my regular ward we had 2 arrests. I did CPR on a real person for the first time in my life. What a way to start work, arriving to an arrest. It was a good experience to have. I stayed calm and professional though and did a good job. Ah man nursing, at times its such a crazy job, but a great job.
This week I got my tv! yay! I was so excited. I bought it for the family though, so its sitting in the livingroom, taking pride of place on its own lovely cabinent. It was kind of a suprise. I didnt tell anyone in my family except for my little brother. Who was able to keep it a secret! wohoo. lol. My dads totally in love with it! Hahaha. Never seen him excited about anything material before, lol. I think its cause he’s proud that I bought it for the family. It’s a hot tv. It looks like this;

Here with Markness. He was trying to convince me to buy this samsung lcd tv he saw on ebay, hehe. i would really like to its a hot tv. We need a new tv at my house. I definnelty have to stick to saving up to buy a new car though. I need a car. If I have my OWN car I know I will drive it then! Lol.

I just realised I should have called my domain name Angepants.net!! Stoooopid Angemelah.
At work the other day I had to give eye drops to a patient, but before we give any meds we have to check the persons id band and make sure its the right patient, blah blah blah. So here I am thinking of eye drops and id bands. I say to my patient, “can I see your eyeband! what the heck am I talking about, I mean id band”. Stoooopid blondeness rears its ugly head again.
Man lately I have been so easily annoyed and freaking aggro. I dont want to get into long winded conversations with people, it freaking just annoys the crap out of me.
Anywho, yesterday I made a cake! A devils food cake to be exact. Its chocolate with whipped cream in the center and chocolate ganache on the top. Finally a cake that I’ve made that hasnt turned out shit and isnt as hard as a rock! Mark really liked it.
Let me tell you about that time I attempted to make a stupid sponge cake. It was as hard as a rock. Poor sweet Mark eats it cause he’s my bf and sweet. My dad ate it too. He’s the kind of person though that likes to dip sponge cake in his coffee. Normal sponge cake is all nice and soft and when you dipp it into coffee it should like suck up the coffee. My dad dips my sponge cake in and cause its as hard as a rock it doesnt soak up any of the coffee! HAHAHA..
Yesterday I made jelly too, but what does my dad do?!! He throws it out. He didnt know what it was and thought it was weird so he threw it out! Freaking wogs man. Cant live with ‘em…and yeah cant live with ‘em.
Im freezing, why is it so freaking cold?!!! arrggggh
