It’s Boxing day. So does that mean I can punch people?

When I was a kid I didnt understand what boxing day was. I thought boxing day was when people had boxing matches and would punch people up. Hahaha. Yeah, thats right. I was a stupid kid.

Ho ho ho, Merry Christmas!

Ah, Christmas. It was a good day. I ate sooo much food. I swear I must have gained like 5 kilos yesterday. I feel like a huge gut. I ate like a million prawns. Man I could eat prawns all day. I would explode though because I wouldnt have enough room in my stomach to fit them all in.

I went to midnight mass with my family to celebrate christmas. It was nice. One of my new things to do is to go to church more often. So this Sunday I think I’ll go to church again! Yeah, I love Jesus. He’s cool.

4504 Bachelor of Nursing

I got my first distinction, 80/100. Oh la la. It was about damn time! I havent been the greatest student, but I managed not to fail anything and pass my degree on time. I usually got passes or credits during my 3 years of uni. More credits than passes though! I gotta look on the bright side, hehe. When I started dating Mark my parents were kind of worried that I wouldnt be concentrating on uni and studying, but I actually started doing better! haha. I think my last year of uni was the best academically. I put a tiny bit of effort into not procrastinating and it paid off! In this last year I started doing really really well in assignments! It kind of freaked me out. I dont know what really got into me, but im glad it did! I reckon that because I was spending alot of time with Mark I made sure I worked on my assignments and things alittle bit at a time. So I could still hang out with Mark! My overall marks for subjects always drop down because I bomb out during exams. The pressure just gets to me lol. When I realised that NC7 had no exam in it I was like “wohoo I can actually get my first distinction”. And I did! Go team Ange.

Anyway, its off to smelly work again. Blahh. So glad I’m leaving that joint. It’s gonna feel weird not working there and kind of sad, but I’m glad I’m moving on.

5:00am

It is now 5:00am in the morning. Why the heck can’t I sleep? I like sleeping. I’m on long ass holidays that I probabaly wont ever get again in my life and I can’t sleep, where is the logic in that, eh?. I want to sleep dammit!

My brothers are so freaking annoying. My brothers and I share the upstairs bathroom, but guess what? I’m the only one that freaking cleans it! And I’m the one that usually doesnt mess it up in the first place. They leave towels lying around, get toothpaste all over the mirror, make mess when they shave. Dont get me started on the toilet! Argh. It would be alot easier if they just cleaned up after themselves. It’s hard keeping a bathroom all nice when I have to clean up after two slobs! I blame my parents for both my brothers lack of ability to clean up after themselves. My household is abit sexist and my dad and brothers are often heard saying, “thats a girls job”. My brothers do absolutely NOTHING around the house. Grr. I wish I had my own bathroom that I didnt have to share with anyone. That would be great.

Have you noticed that in the morning on Aussie tv there is usually two types of programs to choose from.
1. Morning news shows fom America
2. American Christian religious shows.

It was weird. When I couldnt sleep I turned ont the tv and thought I had woken up in America! It was very scary. Imagine having George Bush as your president. Scary. John Howard is pretty scary too. Just look at those eyebrows! His eyebrows belong to a universe of their own. Next time I have to vote in a Federal election I’m going to vote for the group with the most attractive leader. That therefore already rules out John Howard and Kim Beazly. That Basically rules out the majority of politicians, but meh. I usually decide who to vote for once I’m in the actual voting both.

Omg. I’ve hit a new low of boringness. Talking about politics. I know one ex-friend from highschool that wouldnt be shocked.

So freaking hot

Yesterday and last night was so freaking hot. I like summer, but I hate when its hot at night because its hard to fall asleep. I finally was able to fall alseep last night when a nice cool breeze started blowing through my window. It’s becomming the kind of hot where the heat just seems to stick to your body. I still love summer though because its a great time to go swimming! I lurve swimming.

I’m hungry. Im gonna go and have some breakfast.

Somewhat lethargic

I’m in a somewhat lethargic mood. Blaaah. How crap. Last week I had people telling me I looked radiant, rested and happy. I felt pretty good, if i do say so myself. Today however I look and feel like crap.

Went swimming

I went swimming today with markness. It was nice. I luuuuuurve swimming. It’s fun.

Guess what? today I won a movie ticket to go see Narnia: The lion, the witch and the Wardrobe. I won it by entering a cadbury competion. Cool ay? I never win anything! Haha, everyone who wins something says that, dont they?

Anyway, new layout in celebration of christmas. Yay.

I still have to fix the layout and make sure its all valid xhtml and css, because I’m sure it aint at the moment.
